Missed Classes & Make-Ups
We understand that little ones can become unwell or that family commitments sometimes arise.
If you are unable to attend a class, please notify Anna prior to the scheduled class time. When advance notice is given, we are happy to offer a make-up class within the same term, subject to availability in another suitable class.
Unfortunately, classes missed without prior notice are not eligible for a make-up.
Our goal is always to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining a balanced and intimate class environment.

We are delighted to welcome new families throughout the term, where space allows.
Late enrolments may be accepted at Anna’s discretion, depending on class size and group dynamics. Fees will be adjusted according to the remaining weeks of the term.

Refunds
As places are limited and carefully curated to maintain small class sizes, enrolments are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
However, where a trial arrangement has been agreed upon at the time of enrolment, refund terms will follow that agreement.

Photo Permission & Privacy
- The safety and privacy of children is always our highest priority.
- Occasionally, photos or short video snippets may be captured during class to celebrate and share the joy of our creative journey. These are only used where parents have provided opt-in consent via the enrolment form.
- No child names are published
- Images are shared respectfully and thoughtfully
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time
